Queer Alterations is a hands-on tailoring course designed for students who want to reshape ready-made clothing into garments that fit queer bodies with intention and care. Rather than working within the assumptions baked into menswear and womenswear sizing, this course teaches you to alter across those lines: refitting men's garments for AFAB bodies, reworking women's clothing for AMAB bodies, and adapting pieces for nonbinary, trans, and gender-expansive wearers whose shapes and silhouettes deserve more than what mass production offers.
